Description

🇬🇧 1. Location
The bungalow is located in the Campo International district, between Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas. This quiet neighbourhood consists mainly of bungalow and apartment complexes with beautifully landscaped gardens. Within walking distance there are two supermarkets and a steadily growing number of restaurants, bars and leisure clubs, as well as an 18-hole golf course “Campo de Golf” with a restaurant open to the public. A German hairdresser, a dentist and a gym are located in a small community centre. Entertainment for young and old is provided by the newly opened “Ocean Park” water park and the Holiday World leisure centre, with a wide range of entertainment and dining options. The bungalow is located in a cul-de-sac in a complex with only 11 bungalows. The complex is not intended for tourist rental, as the bungalows are used permanently or temporarily by the owners themselves. The entrance and private garage are on the street side. The bungalow is barrier-free. The spacious terrace is located away from the street and has a further entrance via which you can reach the neighbouring swimming pool. The bungalow, including the plot, is not visible and guarantees privacy in a quiet atmosphere where rest and relaxation are guaranteed.

2. Equipment
The previous owner attached great importance to a high level of security. Accordingly, four electrically operated, particularly robust roller shutters were installed for security. In addition, the bungalow is protected by cameras and door sensors from Securitas Direct. Three large awnings provide a shady outdoor area. The coverings are as good as new and have been refurbished with a hard-wearing fabric. There is a hot tub on the terrace, which was built by a local supplier in 2023. It offers space for three people, has a variety of massage jets and a Bluetooth audio system. The shower on the terrace has its own hot water supply. When the bungalow was taken over in 2021, the electrical system was brought up to date to provide a “boletín electrónico”. An additional kitchen was installed in the closed patio area. Two new, large fridge-freezers provide ample storage space. The air conditioning (hot/cold) was serviced in 2023 and refilled with new coolant. Each of the two bedrooms has its own shower room with toilet. The spacious living room is centrally located with access to all rooms and the terrace. The floor coverings in the bungalow, on the terrace, in the garage and the entrance to the house are tiled, and there is a separate satellite system for television reception. TV streaming services can also be used via an internet connection. The internet connection is realised via fibre optics and therefore offers sufficient capacity.

3. Communal area
The residents of the bungalow complex have access to a swimming pool for communal use. This area was extensively renovated and redesigned in 2023. The depth of the pool was reduced to 1.35 metres. The pool coating was renewed and the pool was then given a new coat of paint. The outdoor area was redesigned and the fence was given a new privacy screen. The costs for this were covered from the community’s existing assets. The community account remains debt-free.

En la terraza, hay un jacuzzi instalado en 2023 por un proveedor local, con capacidad para tres personas, numerosas boquillas de masaje y un sistema de audio Bluetooth. La ducha de la terraza tiene su propio suministro de agua caliente.

Al adquirir el bungalow en 2021, se renovó la instalación eléctrica para obtener el certificado “boletín electrónico.” En el área del patio cerrado se ha añadido una cocina adicional. Dos nuevos refrigeradores-congeladores grandes ofrecen un espacio de almacenamiento suficiente.

El sistema de aire acondicionado (frío/calor) fue revisado en 2023 y se llenó con refrigerante nuevo. Cada uno de los dos dormitorios cuenta con su propio baño con ducha y WC. La amplia sala de estar se encuentra en el centro, con acceso a todas las habitaciones y la terraza. Se han colocado azulejos en los pisos del bungalow, la terraza, el garaje y el acceso a la casa.
Para la recepción de televisión, se dispone de una antena parabólica propia. Además, gracias a la conexión de internet por fibra óptica, es posible acceder a servicios de streaming de televisión, garantizando así suficiente capacidad de conexión.

3. Área comunitaria
Los residentes del complejo de bungalows disponen de una piscina para uso compartido. Esta área fue completamente renovada y rediseñada en 2023. La profundidad de la piscina se redujo a 1,35 metros. Se renovó el revestimiento del fondo y posteriormente se pintó la piscina. Las áreas exteriores también fueron rediseñadas, y la valla perimetral fue actualizada con un nuevo sistema de privacidad. Los costos de estas mejoras fueron cubiertos con los fondos disponibles de la comunidad, que sigue libre de deudas.
