Distribution:
The exterior has been covered completely with natural stone: generic Arucas rock and a type of stonework exclusively used for this restaurant.
The interior has three entrances: The bar, the restaurant and one for staff and suppliers.
The Bar:
The bar is equipped with a double door, so as to avoid noise contamination to the outside. The bar also has an enclosed elevated area to put up some tables as well as a storage room. The bar is fully equipped: fridges, coffee-machine, shelves, cupboards, freezer, etc. There are also 2 toilets, so that the clients of the bar don’t have to cross the restaurant, and there is a cut glass door separating the bar from the restaurant. The interior has been built with the finest wood (doussiè – vitacola) and natural stone. What’s more the woodwork has been done entirely by hand.
The restaurant:
The restaurant is diveded into 2 zones:
In the first zone we find 3 spaces divided by 2 stone archways, a barbecue with a copper chimney that will allow you to roast meat in view of the clients, a stone wine bar and three bathrooms. The main space has 2 doors to the kitchen area and from there also has a back-access to the bar detailed in the above. All furniture is already included as well as fridges to hold the food and an oven. The restaurant can be entered through its own doors from the street as well as a separate entrance for staff and suppliers.
The second zone is right next to the first, also divided into three spaces separated by stone archways and is elevated with respect to the first zone.
The idea of this second space is to have a spacious dining area but with the option to separate it with some dividers or folding screens so as to host private events, such as: business dinners, meetings of families or friends. While at the same time not disturbing the diners in the other part of the restaurant.
The kitchen:
The kitchen, designed by a chef, is of the highest possible quality en very spacious. It has 6 gas stoves with extractor hood, fryers, 2 plate grills, ovens, hot table, 5 kitchen sinks, as well as a dishwasher, fridges and a walk-in cold room. All of which, completely new and of prime brands.
The bathrooms:
The restaurant has three bathrooms: disabled, men and women. The stonework used in this restaurant is unique. They say the state of the bathroom reflects the state of the kitchen, and in this case they have paid attention to details in all aspects.

Location:
The building is from the year 2007 and has very recently been renovated and is in a very good state. Furthermore it is only a few meters from all possible amenities, such as: motorway access, bus stop, taxi stand, pharmacies, supermarkets, the Official Language School, church, schools, sports centre, gas station and a health centre. The Meloneras beach is only 5 minutes by car and Playa del Inglés with its famous dunes can be reached in just 8 minutes.
