Modern chalet in Playa del Inglés

This elegant chalet is situated in Avenida de Gran Canaria in Playa del Inglés in a complex free from tourist exploitation. It is close to bars, restaurants, and other services, also to the dunes in Maspalomas. Completely renovated in 2020. It is sold unfurnished and without kitchen, so that you can decorate as you like. The complex has a communal swimming pool and only few apartments. This guarantees tranquillity. Enjoy the year-round sun on any of the terraces or the sun deck.

The house has two entrances and three terraces in total. The first one at the entrance (80 m²) offers parking for three cars. The second one (25 m²) is in front of the kitchen and the third one (20 m²) on the side. All terraces have artificial grass and quarry stone around. The access to the big roof terrace (120 m²) is with external side stairs. The roof terrace also has artificial grass and glazed fence that make it possible to enjoy the beautiful views.
