This lovely four bedroom house is located in the fishing village of Castillo del Romeral , an easy distance from Playa del Ingles and the airport.

On the ground floor we have a large light and airy living room which leads to the garden, a bedroom , a shower room,  a good sized kitchen and a large area which is perfect for a dining room and second living area. In the large garden we can also find a storage room.

On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a sea-view balcony , two more bedrooms and full bathroom.

Castillo del Romeral has an international community and is a fantastic place for those who want  to live near to the south but not in a tourist area. In the village we can find two natural swimming pools , a little harbour, a beach as well as supermarkets, gymnasium, bars and restaurants

Esta encantadora casa de cuatro dormitorios se encuentra en el pueblo pesquero de Castillo del Romeral, a poca distancia de Playa del Inglés y el aeropuerto.

En la planta baja tenemos un amplio y luminoso salón que conduce al jardín, un dormitorio, un cuarto de ducha, una cocina de buen tamaño y una amplia zona que es perfecta para un comedor y una segunda sala de estar. En el gran jardín también podemos encontrar un trastero.

Castillo del Romeral tiene una comunidad internacional y es un lugar fantástico para aquellos que quieren vivir cerca del sur, pero no en una zona turística. En el pueblo podemos encontrar dos piscinas naturales , un pequeño puerto, una playa así como supermercados, gimnasio, bares y restaurantes.
