BEAUTIFUL BUNGALOW WITH PRIVATE POOL

This charming bungalow is located on the quiet and peaceful side of the city, next to Avenida de Gran Canaria. The incredible property is located at the far end of a fenced and guarded urbanization, being one of the largest houses in the area.

We access the property from the private parking area to a large sunny terrace. Here we find a beautiful pool, a chill out area with a barbecue corner and a large 6-seater Jacuzzi, all surrounded by greenery and decorated with volcanic stones. Entering the house, in the center, we have a comfortable dining table to enjoy delicious meals with family and friends.

Inside there is a large and bright living room with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. Through a small corridor we access the three comfortable suite-type bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. All are bright, with large glass doors and access to the outside.

To the left side of the house there is a very useful storage room and the stairs to the private solarium. Here we can enjoy beautiful panoramic views to the Dunes, the Sea and the Meloneras Lighthouse.

The complex is well maintained and offers a large communal pool, solarium, security and private parking area.

A few minutes walk we find supermarkets, restaurants, transport, the Yumbo shopping center and the famous Dunas de Maspalomas.
